ACCENT housing in Peterborough is hiring a Property Sales Progressor to work with Sales Advisors and coordinate across new-build, resale and shared ownership homes. You’ll guide customers, solicitors and stakeholders from reservation through to exchange, delivering a smooth pathway to homeownership.

As a Property Sales Progressor, you’ll work closely with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth, efficient transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes. From reservation to exchange, you’ll coordinate with customers, solicitors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track.
Your organisation, proactive mindset, and commitment to great service will be key to meeting targets and delivering a seamless customer experience. Experience in housing or secondary sales processes - such as staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, or remortgaging - would be a bonus, helping you hit the ground running.
The salary for the Property Sales Progressor is £30,152 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
