Accent Group Limited is seeking a Property Transaction Officer in a hybrid role to drive the coordination and delivery of property sales, transfers and acquisitions in support of its Asset Strategy. We’re looking for a Property Transaction Officer to lead the coordination and delivery of property sales, transfers and acquisitions that support our long-term strategic goals. This is more than a transactional role. What you'll be doing:

As a key member of our Asset Strategy team, you'll play a leading role in delivering Accent's portfolio optimisation programme.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, customers, solicitors, agents, auction providers and other external partners, you'll oversee the journey from initial approval through to completion.

Salary

The spot salary for the Property Transaction Officer post is £38,256 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you're still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys managing complex processes, building strong relationships and driving projects forward.

You’ll be able to demonstrate:
