Churchill Living is seeking a proactive Sales Progressor to support the Divisional Sales team by moving customer reservations from sale through to exchange and completion. You will coordinate with Sales Executives, solicitors and agents, manage the pipeline, resolve delays and provide accurate forecasts.
The role demands excellent organisation, clear communication and a customer‑first approach, with a UK driving licence and willingness to visit customers as needed.
The Sales Progressor plays a vital role in supporting the Divisional Sales team by ensuring every customer reservation progresses efficiently through to legal completion.
Working closely with Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, solicitors, estate agents and third-party providers, the Sales Progressor will proactively manage the sales pipeline, identify and resolve barriers to exchange and completion, and provide accurate forecasting information to support the region in achieving its sales and completion targets.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication and a customer-first approach to ensure every purchaser enjoys a smooth, professional and stress-free buying experience.
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised and customer-focused Sales Progressor with experience in residential property, sales progression, conveyancing, estate agency or new homes sales.
The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple transactions, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, resolving issues quickly, maintaining accurate records and driving sales through to exchange and completion.
You must also hold a valid UK Drivers Licence, in the event you are required to visit customers away from the site.
