ACCENT housing is seeking a Property Transaction Officer in a hybrid role covering Bradford or Peterborough. The role leads property sales, transfers and acquisitions to support Accent’s asset strategy and delivers on value for money and community impact.
You will coordinate end-to-end property transactions, liaise with solicitors and external partners, and maintain accurate records while guiding governance and stakeholders with regular updates.

Salary: £38,256 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday

As a key member of our Asset Strategy team, you'll play a leading role in delivering Accent's portfolio optimisation programme.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, customers, solicitors, agents, auction providers and other external partners, you'll oversee the journey from initial approval through to completion.

The spot salary for the Property Transaction Officer post is £38,256per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
