Job summary

Aster Group is seeking a Sales Negotiator to drive residential sales across Shared Ownership and Open Market homes. You will nurture leads, conduct viewings, guide customers through the purchase journey, and collaborate with financial and legal stakeholders to ensure smooth completions.

Ideal candidates will have recent property sales experience, knowledge of Shared Ownership, and strong organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required as travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Recent experience within property or new homes sales.
• Knowledge of Shared Ownership, leasehold properties and the home-buying process.
• Understanding of property legislation, mortgage products and sales progression.
• Experience using property sales databases and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing, qualifying and nurturing all sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Conducting viewings, open days and sales events across developments.
• Supporting customers through every stage of the purchase process.
• Assessing eligibility and affordability for Shared Ownership purchases.
• Working with financial advisors, solicitors and mortgage providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Preparing sales documentation and maintaining records.
