Job summary

Aster Group in Wiltshire is seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to manage the end-to-end sales journey for Shared Ownership and Open Market homes. You will qualify leads, conduct viewings and events, and coordinate with advisors and solicitors to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires handling multiple developments, servicing customers across the journey, and maintaining records with strong attention to detail. A full UK driving licence is preferred for travel across locations.

Qualifications

• Recent experience within property or new homes sales.
• Knowledge of Shared Ownership, leasehold properties and the home-buying process.
• Understanding of property legislation, mortgage products and sales progression.
• Experience using property sales databases and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing your own workload and working independently.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
• GCSEs including English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales journey from enquiry through to handover to the Sales Progression Team.
• Qualify and nurture all sales leads and customer enquiries.
• Conduct viewings, open days and sales events across developments.
• Assess eligibility and affordability for Shared Ownership purchases.
• Work with financial advisors, solicitors, mortgage providers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare sales documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor void properties to minimise vacancies and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support successful sales completions.
• Ensure GDPR, AML and property legislation compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing enquiries and resolving issues.
