Job summary

Recruit Cumbria Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to join a prestigious homes builder on their Workington development. You will greet buyers, manage enquiries and guide them through viewings and progression.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM data accuracy, and hitting sales targets, with a base salary around £25k plus commission and a quarterly bonus.

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–4pm, on-site with opportunities for progression and strong team support.

Qualifications

• New-build property sales experience preferred, but strong sales experience will be considered.
• Confident communicating with customers and external partners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and building strong relationships with potential buyers.
• Managing enquiries, generating new leads and following up opportunities.
• Conducting viewings and presenting properties professionally.
• Converting enquiries into reservations and sales.
• Supporting customers throughout the sales process.
• Managing sales progression from reservation through to exchange and completion.
• Chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers, buyers and other parties to progress sales.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the sales journey.
• Liaising with solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records of interactions and progression updates.
• Maintaining excellent customer service from enquiry to completion.
