Job summary

Confidential is seeking a confident Property Sales Consultant for a hybrid role in South Manchester. You will sell annual platform memberships, source off-market properties and broker discreet sales between landlords and investors.

You will network at industry events, build relationships, manage deals from instruction to completion and work three days in the office, two from home. A base salary up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission and OTE £60k+ make this a strong opportunity.

We re looking for a confident, relationship-based dealmaker to join a fast-growing off-market property platform. You ll sell membership subscriptions, source off-market properties and broker discreet sales between landlords and investors.

You'll also be an active networker who loves to get out and about meeting new and existing connections. You'll represent the business at expos and other industry events and position yourself as a true expert in your field.
