The People Pod in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to operate fully remotely. You will work with high‑value UK residential off‑plan and specialist housing investments, earning a rolling retainer and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Direct experience selling UK Residential Off-Plan & Specialist Housing.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales.
• Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently.
• Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare.

• Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales

• Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
• Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable
• Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
