Job summary

Everywhen is seeking candidates with a passion for property to join our expanding, award‑winning team focused on digital risk management. You will perform site surveys and work with our desktop assessment team, with travel across commercial and residential properties, including listed and bespoke structures.

The role requires handling sensitive information and will undergo Basic DBS checks. We value proactive, professional colleagues who put people first and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in buildings, construction techniques, survey methods.
• Strong IT and keyboard skills; able to learn inhouse systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to gain trust.
• Knowledge of buildings and contents risk and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce site surveys and desktop assessments.
• Collaborate with desktop assessment team and conduct site visits across commercial and residential properties.
• Assess risks for listed, unique and bespoke structures.
• Explain findings concisely and clearly to clients and colleagues.
