Paradigm Consulting is recruiting for a Property Insurance/Perils Surveyor to join our expanding team. You will manage your own workload, travel to client sites and produce comprehensive risk assessment reports using online portals.

We operate hybrid work with home-based surveying and scheduled site visits within Surrey and surrounding areas, and nationwide coverage. A strong focus on safety, accuracy and client relationships is essential, with ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Understanding risk and risk management in property surveys.
• Experience conducting risk surveys on buildings and contents.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-experts.
• Valid driving licence for regular site travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage your workload of Property Insurance/Perils risk surveys.
• Travel to client sites, working primarily from home.
• Update online portals to record information accurately and promptly.
• Produce reports through online systems.
• Conduct safe and accurate property surveys for the team.
• Build, maintain and enhance client relationships.
