Job summary

Everywhen is seeking Surveyors to join their expanding team. You will perform site surveys and collaborate with the desktop assessment team, undertaking desktop assessments, telephone consultations and site visits across a wide range of commercial and residential properties, including listed and bespoke structures.

Applicants should have knowledge in buildings, surveying methods and related regulations, with strong IT, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of buildings, construction techniques, build costs and survey methods.
• High levels of self-motivation with a real passion for the role.
• Excellent IT and keyboard skills; quick learner of inhouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce relevant site surveys.
• Work with desktop assessment team.
• Carry out desktop assessments and telephone-based consultations.
• Site visits across commercial and residential properties including listed and bespoke structures.
