Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Financial management and budget control experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UK tenancy and building legislation helpful.
• Health & safety qualification (IOSH) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies for multi-site property management to meet budget and performance goals.
• Oversees budgeting and reforecasting; analyzes financial statements and addresses performance gaps.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to enable cross-functional collaboration on projects.
• Ensures properties meet operational, financial, and business targets with action plans.
• Reviews competitor data and leads sales/marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Defines procurement requirements for operating supplies, services, and equipment.
• Provides leadership by hiring, training, and managing team performance.
• Drives resident experience by exceeding service expectations and seeking continuous improvement.
• Inspects properties to ensure standards; communicates capital needs when required.
• Manages service charge spend, reconciliations, and reports variances to Regional Ops Manager.
• Monitors lease-up pace and occupancy, adjusting strategies as needed.
