Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a LiveSmart Manager for a Dorking-based role. The position is full-time on a temporary basis, offering a rate of £19 per hour.

You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, and you will oversee housing-related queries, rent guidance, and use of communal facilities. Responsibilities include building strong resident relationships, coordinating repairs with contractors, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience delivering resident/customer service in housing or property settings.
• Ability to manage building facilities and security tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to communal housing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors and service providers.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Support residents with housing-related queries and signpost to services.
• Monitor rent accounts and advise on payments and arrears.
• Assist residents with communal facilities and equipment usage.
• Address and resolve complaints about communal areas, facilities and services.
• Hold responsibility as a key holder and ensure security of communal areas.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate access for repairs.
• Carry out routine health, safety inspections and maintain records.
• Coordinate access for contractors and manage maintenance programmes.
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.
