Triumph Consultants are looking for a Facilities Manager to act as the first point of contact for residents, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure residents can enjoy their homes and the wider services provided. You will manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors, acting as a key-holder and ensuring the safety and security of communal areas and facilities. Contract is for 3 months in Dorking.

Facilities Manager (LiveSmart Manager)

Pay Rate: £19 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 36, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract length: 3 Months

Location: Chapel Court, Dorking, RH5 4TZ

Basic DBS required for this role

Key requirements

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Experience in facilities management or a similar environment
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements
• Knowledge of the housing or building management sector
• Overall knowledge and experience of working with older people, and/or general public and service providers in a service based role

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key-holder, ensuring the security of communal areas and facilities.
• Be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors, managing access to the building.
• Manage and support the resolution of complaints relating to communal areas and facilities.
• Carry out regular building inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Raise repairs and coordinate contractor access to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
