Triumph Consultants Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager (LiveSmart Manager) in Dorking. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for residents, coordinating access for contractors and visitors, and ensuring safety of communal areas.

The contract runs for 3 months and is office-based at Chapel Court, Dorking. The position requires DBS clearance, a full UK driving licence, and experience in facilities management or a similar environment.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence required with access to a vehicle for work
• Experience in facilities management or similar environment is essential
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements
• Knowledge of the housing/building management sector is beneficial
• Experience working with older people and/or public/service providers is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key-holder and ensure the security of communal areas and facilities
• Be the first point of contact for residents, contractors and visitors, managing access to the building
• Raise repairs and coordinate contractor access to resolve issues efficiently
• Carry out regular building inspections and address maintenance, safety and security concerns
