Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an Operations Manager for our Berkshire property team, based at Greenham Hub. You will lead in-house repair and improvement delivery, overseeing responsive work and voids with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role is permanent and full-time with a competitive salary (£52,000–£61,000 per year), along with a generous pension, private medical options, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-focused direct labour teams.
• Strong budget management with planning, tracking and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.
• Commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates a strong health & safety focus in daily work.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience leading and inspiring a trades team.
