Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an Operations Manager for our Berkshire property team, based at Greenham Hub. You will lead in-house repair and improvement delivery, overseeing responsive work and voids with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role is permanent and full-time with a competitive salary (£52,000–£61,000 per year), along with a generous pension, private medical options, and wellbeing benefits.

• Strong budget management with planning, tracking and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

Salary: £52,000.00 - £61,000.00 Per year

We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Greenham Hub managing our in house teams across our Berkshire locality on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.

What you'll need:

• Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams
• Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets
• Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations
• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
• Drives a strong health & safety focus
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence
• Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
