Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Property Team from GreenhamHub, Berkshire, on a permanent basis. You’ll oversee in-house teams delivering responsive repairs and empty homes works, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong budget control, leadership of a trades workforce, and a commitment to health and safety standards across live properties and developments.

• Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams.
• Strong budget management skills - plan, track and forecast delivery and expenditure.
• Knowledge of current Building and Health & Safety regulations.
• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Drives a strong health & safety focus.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team.

Salary:

£52,000.00 - £61,000.00 Per year

We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our GreenhamHub managing our in house teams across our Berkshire locality on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams




• Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets




• Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations




• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction




• Drives a strong health & safety focus




• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence




• Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
