Dunwall Partners Ltd in Gosport is seeking a Housing Repairs Administrator on a part-time, permanent basis (25 hours per week). You will coordinate repairs from initial report to completion, schedule maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to residents.

This role combines administration, scheduling and practical property maintenance knowledge. You’ll act as the key link between residents, operatives and contractors, keeping records up to date and ensuring repairs progress on time.

Qualifications

• Previous repairs/maintenance or housing administration experience.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating workloads, appointments or operational activities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating Repairs and Maintenance.
• Receiving and processing repair requests from residents.
• Scheduling routine, urgent and emergency maintenance work.
• Managing operatives' diaries and allocating jobs based on priority, location and available skills.
• Maintaining accurate repair records and updating systems throughout the lifecycle of each job.
