Job summary

Lomond Investment Management in London is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role covers maintenance coordination, tenancy renewals, inspections, and proactive customer service for landlords and clients.

You will communicate via Microsoft Teams and emails, support the Senior Management Team, and lead in the manager's absence. Required: at least 2 years in property management; Level 3 PropertyMark is desirable. Salary range: £30,000–£35,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in property management.
• Level 3 PropertyMark qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organising and recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management.
• Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft Teams and written emails.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
• Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
• Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party.
• Support the team and your line report with ad hoc queries and escalations.
• Take the lead in the absence of the Client Manager.

• Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
