Lomond Investment Management is seeking a Property Manager to join our London team. This full-time, permanent role oversees a UK-wide residential portfolio and focuses on maintenance, compliance, and tenant-landlord relations.

You will renew and negotiate tenancy agreements, coordinate inspections, and manage relationships with external suppliers while delivering excellent service to landlords and clients. £32,000–£35,000 per year, 37.5 hours, 9am–5:30pm, London office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a UK wide residential property portfolio (approx. 150–200 properties across multiple landlords).
• Organise and recommend maintenance works.
• Ensure portfolio compliance (gas, electrical and fire safety).
• Make regular check-in calls with landlords.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and landlords.
• Renew and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Arrange inspections, inventories and check-outs.
• Work with external suppliers to fulfil the role.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our London office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is between £32,000 and £35,000pa.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Managing a UK wide residential property portfolio approx. 150-200 properties across multiple landlords
• Organising & recommending maintenance works
• Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety
• Making regular 'check in' calls with landlords
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
• Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
• Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers
• Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role
