Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Harrogate is hiring a Property Relationship Manager to join our lettings team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll own a portfolio of properties, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and handle inspections, deposits, and tenancy matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management or Lettings.
• Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
