Creative Support Ltd in Stockport is seeking a Property Refurbishment Coordinator to join our Property Services Team. You will inspect properties, devise schedules of works, coordinate refurbishment projects, and sign off post-work quality. Travel will be required and a company car or car allowance may be provided.

You will work with the Stockport team and colleagues nationwide, ensuring maintenance of property assets and compliant, timely delivery of refurbishments.

• Attend properties post works to sign off on quality.
