Job summary

Pegasus Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing Midlands consultancy. You will lead projects from brief through design, procurement, construction and handover, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors across the Midlands and wider UK.

You will manage multi-site retail programmes, ensure budgets and timelines are met, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with opportunities to work on major retail brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or property projects in the retail sector.
• PM experience in consultancy, client-side or relevant contractor environments.
• Exposure to both pre- and post-contract stages.
• Experience with retail fit-out, refurbishment, store rollout or new-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle project management from inception through to completion.
• Managing retail fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary design and consultant teams.
• Developing and managing project programmes.
• Managing scope, programme, budget, quality and project risk.
• Procurement and contractor management.
• Contract administration and post-contract delivery.
• Managing projects within live retail environments.
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Supporting the delivery of multi-site retail programmes.
