Job summary

Carter Jonas in Leeds is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our residential property management team. You will manage a mixed-use portfolio, build strong client relationships, coordinate lettings, rent reviews, and ensure compliance and reporting.

Working closely with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues, you will oversee repairs, asset performance and use TRAMPS for records, while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management and building client relationships.
• Ability to deliver high-quality service and manage multiple properties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialist software.
