Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking a Property Manager for our Infrastructure team in Warrington. You will manage void and surplus properties for major clients, ensuring compliance and maximizing value.

You will work with clients, contractors and internal teams to reduce vacancies and identify asset management opportunities. The role requires strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills, plus a proactive, customer-focused approach and willingness to travel to properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or property management, with ability to manage client relationships and contractors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach and willingness to travel to client properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of void and surplus properties for infrastructure clients.
• Oversee onboarding of new assets into the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to reduce vacancy levels and provide client recommendations.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, security providers and internal teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and approve invoices for contractors.
• Maintain property records using the TRAMPS system and report to clients.
• Support strategic development opportunities and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
