Job summary

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is recruiting a Portfolio Manager to oversee a Clifton-based property portfolio, handling maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day management in a dynamic team environment.

You will cultivate strong landlord relationships, ensure high service levels for tenants, and drive portfolio performance while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting professional development through CeLAP funding and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management and client relationship management is essential.
• Student lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for portfolio landlords and build strong relationships.
• Manage reactive maintenance and implement proactive maintenance plans.
• Conduct property visits and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Lead and coordinate the student changeover process.
