Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a diligent Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of freehold and leasehold developments in the Warrington area. You will ensure compliance with leases, health and safety requirements, service charges, and insurance matters while coordinating with Directors and contractors.

The role emphasizes proactive management, contract oversight, and strong communication with lessees, tenants, and agents. A solid understanding of leases and regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and serving S20 notices for major works.
• Manage portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice, ARMA rules and landlord and tenant legislation.
• Provide full professional property management services for freehold/leasehold developments and properties.
• Respond to pre-assignment enquiries and leaseholder queries.
• Manage income and service delivery targets and liaise with Directors.
