Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd invites you to join its Property Team to provide administrative, governance and coordination support across the commercial property portfolio, helping ensure estates, projects, contractors and property services are managed efficiently and compliantly.

Working with senior property stakeholders, you will maintain critical property information, assist with project governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across Estates and Projects.

Qualifications

• Commercial Property Administration experience across estates, facilities management or property projects.
• Experience maintaining lease records, service charges and landlord details.
• Experience supporting Project Managers and governance documentation.
• Ability to review property documents and maintain accurate records.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards and management information for stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of property-related costs and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP/Ariba familiarity is advantageous.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence.
