Job summary

Chase Evans, part of Lomond, is recruiting for a Property Manager in London. You will oversee property management, respond to landlords and residents, and coordinate maintenance and compliance tasks.

The role involves inspections, deposit processes, and maintaining strong landlord-tenant relationships. We value proactive, optimistic colleagues with great communication and organisational skills, comfortable with property software and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the management of properties, administrative tasks, compliance matters, and inquiries.
• Respond to communications from landlords and residents via email and phone; coordinate with maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate replacement furniture/fittings during tenancy and acquire keys/fobs/remotes/permits.
• Carry out property inspections and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate deposit release process at tenancy end.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate property upkeep, repairs, and contractor services.
• Oversee deposit negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies.
