Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of student rental properties in Manchester. The role is office-based, full-time, with occasional weekends during busy periods, and features a salary of up to £35,000 DOE plus benefits.

You will be the main contact for tenants and contractors, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenancy administration. The ideal candidate has property management experience, knowledge of relevant legislation, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, ideally in student accommodation or residential lettings.
• Solid understanding of property legislation and compliance (e.g., HMO, EPC, Gas Safety).
• First class customer service and strong communication skills.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of student rental properties throughout Manchester.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Facilitate smooth tenancy check-ins and check-outs.

• Handle enquiries and conduct viewings during the busy student letting cycle.

About You

• Previous experience in property management, ideally in student accommodation or residential lettings.
• Solid understanding of property legislation and compliance (e.g., HMO, EPC, Gas Safety).
• First class customer service
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, self motivated and confident working independently and managing multiple properties.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
