Property Manager – Manchester, Estate Agency

Salary & Incentives

Basic £26,500 per annum. Bonuses and incentives available.

About the Role

Our client, a market‑leading estate agent in Manchester, seeks a highly motivated property manager to build excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. The role involves full responsibility for all management aspects of the allocated property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain great relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Receive and allocate maintenance jobs; manage invoicing.
• Communicate via phone, e‑mail and WhatsApp.
• Organise inspections, end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs and deposit returns.
• Handle tenancy move‑in and inventories.
• Provide resolution for complaints or issues raised.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Manage maintenance teams and third‑party contractors for responsive and planned maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience in property management and the lettings sector is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and responsibility for all management aspects of their property portfolio.
