Randstad CPE is recruiting a Property Manager for Warrington. You will manage a portfolio of private residential developments, ensuring residents receive exceptional service and value, with full training provided and a clear career path.

• Become a Property Expert: Manage a portfolio of private residential developments in the area, ensuring residents receive exceptional service and value.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, effectively addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Drive Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive living experience.
• Oversee Property Operations: Manage maintenance, contractors, budgets, and building compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work with internal departments to create a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for residents.
