Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs through a network of contractors.
• Lead renewals and negotiate terms where needed.
• Manage check-ins/outs, deposits, and end-of-tenancy matters.
• Ensure rent payments and arrears are managed, and records are kept in the CRM.

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager

Oxford | £40,000 to £45,000 basic + car allowance

Package

£40,000 to £40,000 basic, depending on level
Car allowance of £3,045, rising to £3,645 at senior level

The company

A well-established Oxford property management business is looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential portfolio. Five property managers currently oversee 700 properties between them, and with the team growing, there's a clear path to progress for the right person.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, you'll:

• Take full ownership of a mixed residential portfolio, including some BTR, from move-in to move-out
• Be the trusted first point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance and repairs through a network of contractors
• Carry out inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Lead renewals and negotiate terms where needed
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters
• Oversee rent payments and manage arrears
• Keep every property fully compliant, with accurate records on the CRM

About you

• A proven background in residential property management or lettings
• A full UK driving licence
• A polished communicator with a genuine commitment to service
• Highly organised and composed under pressure
• A sharp eye for detail and confidence with property management software
• Knowledge of the Renters' Rights Act, ARLA Propertymark (or working towards it) and BTR experience would all be a real advantage
