Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to oversee a mixed residential and commercial portfolio across the South East, ensuring properties are maintained, compliant and managed to a high standard.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, inspections, maintenance, and liaise with landlords, tenants and stakeholders. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with ARLA/Propertymark qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or property management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Confident managing multiple properties and priorities.
• Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance and manage contractors.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Professional qualifications (e.g. ARLA/Propertymark) or working towards desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a mixed property portfolio.
• Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports.
• Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.
• Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and safety standards.
• Supporting lettings activity including move-ins, renewals, and vacancies.
• Undertaking some weekend working as required.
