You will oversee a residential lettings portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end, handling renewals, notices and deposits, while coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance with current legislation. A strong customer-focused approach and driving licence are essential.

A Property Manager is required to oversee a residential lettings portfolio for a modern independent estate & Lettings agency in the Highcliffe area. This role would suit an experienced property professional who enjoys delivering a high level of service.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Highcliffe, BH23

Salary: £32,000 per annum (Subject to experience and qualifications)

Position: Permanent - Full Time

You'll manage tenancies from move-in through to renewal and end of tenancy, handling maintenance, compliance, notices and deposits. Working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers, you'll ensure properties are managed efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships throughout.
