Job summary

Pear Recruitment in Bromley is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 120 properties. The role requires a valid licence and a car for on-site parking, and operates Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and excels in communication, organisation and delivering outstanding service to clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in property management or letting sector is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deal with check out inventories and deposit returns.
• Process contractor invoices to ensure payment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance queries with high service levels.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist other PM staff with renewals and general administration.
• Co-operate with the Lettings Team to ensure smooth handovers.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with all legislation (Gas Certs, EICRs etc.).
• Attend property inspections and support campaign activities.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractor's invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
• Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR's etc.
• Attend Property inspections
