Sammons Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a busy Eastbourne team. You will manage your own portfolio of residential properties and act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

The role requires strong communication, high organisation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with another Property Manager to ensure seamless property management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of residential properties.

Sammons Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property business for an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to join a busy property team in Eastbourne.

You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of properties, working alongside another Property Manager to ensure properties are well managed and clients and tenants receive a high level of service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who is confident working independently, enjoys building strong relationships and is looking to take the next step in their career.

What's on Offer

• Job type: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Location: Eastbourne
• Salary: £37,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Managing tenancy processes and ensuring relevant documentation is maintained
• Carrying out property inspections and following up on any issues
• Handling tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally
• Managing day-to-day property administration
• Working closely with another Property Manager to ensure the wider portfolio runs smoothly
• Dealing with issues and resolving problems efficiently
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and company procedures

About You

• Strong previous experience in property management is essential
• Confident managing your own property portfolio
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• A proactive and solutions focused approach
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
