The role will cover the full property management process, from marketing vacant properties and arranging repairs through to rent collection, tenancy renewals, inspections and overseeing maintenance works, requiring excellent organisation and strong attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing vacant properties including marketing, viewings and new tenant arrangements
- Handling tenant enquiries, maintenance issues, repairs and general tenancy matters
- Monitoring rent payments, managing arrears and dealing with deposit returns and disputes
- Coordinating maintenance projects, refurbishments, contractors, estimates and invoices
- Managing tenancy renewals, references, notices, inventories and check-in and check-out arrangements
- Carrying out property inspections and liaising with tenants, landlords, utility companies and contractors

- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong understanding of tenancy and property management procedures
