Job summary

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 120 properties in Bromley. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing checkouts, maintenance inquiries, and coordinating with the Lettings Team.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with on-site parking. A valid licence and a car are required to travel between properties. Salary is £30,000 - £40,000, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Deal with check out inventories and deposit returns.
• Process contractor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Respond quickly to maintenance queries with high service levels.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve disputes.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs.
• Support PM team with renewals and general administration.
• Coordinate with Lettings Team and ensure legislative compliance.
• Attend property inspections.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
• Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation – Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
• Attend Property inspections
