Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 250 properties.
• Oversee re‑letting to minimise void periods.
• Coordinate inventories and check-ins for new tenancies.
• Oversee check-outs, deposit returns and dilapidation claims.
• Handle tenancy deposit disputes in line with current legislation.
• Reconcile rental payments and maintain client account records.
• Arrange statutory compliance requirements (Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Inspections and EPCs).
• Schedule and coordinate contractor visits for maintenance and compliance works.
• Prepare tenancy renewals and extensions; conduct routine inspections and produce detailed reports.
• Monitor rent arrears and liaise with tenants to secure outstanding payments.
• Manage maintenance requests from report to completion.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to provide high service levels.

• Manage the re‑letting process for vacant properties to minimise void periods
• Coordinate inventories and check‑ins for new tenancies
• Oversee check‑outs, deposit returns and negotiate dilapidation claims
• Handle tenancy deposit disputes in line with current legislation
• Reconcile rental payments and maintain accurate client account records
• Arrange statutory compliance requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Inspections and EPCs
• Schedule and coordinate contractor visits for maintenance and compliance works
• Prepare and process tenancy renewals and extensionsConduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
