Job summary

BBL Property recruitment Ltd in Bromley is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 120 residential AST/LET properties across South East and South West London. You will act as the main contact for landlords and tenants and coordinate maintenance and contractor works.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ lettings management experience, a strong understanding of ASTs and compliance, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a full UK driving

Property Manager/ Senior Property Manager

Bromley | £35,000 - £40,000 | Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm

A well-established multi-branch independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager/ Senior Lettings Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately (Apply online only) residential AST / LET properties across South East and South West London.

The suitable Lettings Property Manager will be:

• Managing a LET residential property portfolio of circa 120 properties


• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants


• Coordinating maintenance and contractor works


• Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports


• Ensuring compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and licensing requirements


• Managing tenancies from move-in through to check-out


• Resolving landlord and tenant queries efficiently

The suitable Lettings Property Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years' Lettings Property Management experience


• Strong understanding of ASTs and property compliance


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)

Salary for the successful Lettings Property Manager will start at up to £40k depending on experience and qualification, with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
