Job summary

Rise Homes is seeking a Property Manager to join our Stockport team, delivering lettings and property management for one of our buildings.

You will conduct viewings, reference checks, rent collection, inspections, and ensure compliance with tenancy law and health and safety requirements. The role offers a discretionary annual bonus and professional development opportunities, with 25 days leave plus Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

• Member of a recognised professional body (e.g., ARLA, RICS, IRPM) or working towards qualification.
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Understanding of tenancy law and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Lettings and Property Management at one Stockport building.
• Conduct viewings, process applications, reference checks, rent collection and deposit handling.
• Undertake regular building inspections and ensure compliance with legislation and data accuracy.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle complaints; manage events and tenant engagement.
