Job summary

Macdonald & Company is seeking a Property Manager - Residential (BTR) in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on delivering lettings and property management services across residential developments while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

You will coordinate tenancy administration, compliance, and collaborative work with operations, marketing, and finance teams to maintain high service levels and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage lettings, tenancy administration, referencing, Right to Rent checks, move-ins, and deposit registration.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, check-outs, and deposit returns.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve resident queries, and organise resident events.
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with operational, marketing, and finance teams.

Property Manager - Residential (BTR) Developer

Location: Greater Manchester (with occasional travel)

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent operator. You will be responsible for delivering lettings and property management services across residential developments while providing an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lettings, tenancy administration, referencing, Right to Rent checks, move-ins, and deposit registration.

About You

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
