A prominent property management agency in Whickham is looking for a proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of their property portfolio. In this role, you will maintain properties, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage tenant relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage workloads effectively. This position offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, with OTE up to £33,000.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to visit clients and properties.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, including maintenance and inspections.
• Act as primary contact for tenants and landlords.
• Prepare and manage budgets, collect rent, and maintain financial records.
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
• Assist with property marketing and tenancy agreements.
