Job summary

Gillespie Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a growing property business for a Property Manager in Seaham. You will manage a residential portfolio, build landlord and tenant relationships, and drive growth with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,000 with an OTE of £32,000, a Monday to Friday pattern with every third Saturday. You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities within a expanding organisation.
