Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding day-to-day property management services.
• Proactively manage landlord and tenant queries, issues, and maintenance requests.
• Keep up to date with relevant property legislation and compliance requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of residential property management across your portfolio.
• Liaise with contractors and third-party suppliers to arrange repairs and maintenance works.
• Manage landlord utility accounts and council tax-related matters.
• Organise inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and routine property visits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the smooth running of your portfolio.
