Job summary

Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its South East London team. You will look after 400+ properties, coordinating daily maintenance, compliance, and tenant communications, with Monday–Friday hours and a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will have property management experience, a driving licence with own car, excellent communication, and strong administrative IT skills. ARLA qualification is welcome but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must have driving licence and access to own car.
• Proven property management experience in residential real estate.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
• Ensuring portfolio compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
• Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
• Co-ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants
• Negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants and understanding rebuttal processes

Property Manager- South East London- Mon- Fri- £30,000- £35,000

Job Title: Property Manager
Salary: £30,000- £35,000
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 09:00am- 06:00pm.

My client, an independent residential estate agent that have been around for over 10 years are looking for a Property Manager to join the close-knit team in South East London. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to look after 400+ properties as a collective. This is a great opportunity to work for a local business whilst still progressing in your career!

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
• Making sure the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
• Arranging inventories, check in and check outs and conducting property inspections
• Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills.
• Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between the landlord and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
• Proposing and negotiating of deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of rebuttal process

Must have:
