Vincere is seeking an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join a busy residential lettings team in Leatherhead. You will support day‑to‑day management of a property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance while mentoring a growing team.

The role requires strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance and tenancy procedures. An ARLA qualification would be helpful, and a UK driving licence is preferred. Salary is OTE £44,000 with a clear path for progression.
